Rebranding Agency and Logo Design in Warrington

Rebranding, logo design and complete identity systems for businesses across Cheshire and the UK. Designed to work everywhere your business appears, from a favicon to a shopfront.

Brand Building in Warrington, Beyond the Logo

A logo is not a brand. The logo is one file. The brand is the set of decisions behind it, the colours, the type, the spacing and the rules, that tell everyone how the business should look everywhere it appears. Get those right and the work holds together long after the launch. Get them wrong and every new flyer, deck and social post turns into a fresh argument. MJS Media is a branding company and digital agency based in Warrington, working with businesses across Cheshire, the North West and the UK.

How We Work

Whether you need a complete brand identity or just a quick logo refresh, we adapt to what you actually need. Bigger projects follow the steps below. Smaller jobs, we keep it simple.

Discovery

We dig into your goals and preferences. Virtual meet, in-person chat, or email. We align before a single pixel is moved.

Concept & Design

We develop initial concepts and collaborate with you to refine the strongest ideas until they're exactly right.

Delivery

You receive a complete, organised toolkit with all high-resolution files for web, social, and print.

Refresh, or rebrand?

Both get called a rebrand. They are very different jobs, and picking the wrong one costs money.

A refresh

Keeps what people already recognise. The mark gets modernised, the colours and type get tightened, and the rules get written down so the brand stops drifting.

A rebrand

Starts from what the business is now. New positioning, a new identity, and everything downstream of it: the website, the print, the social profiles, the templates.

Not sure which one you need?

Some people arrive knowing exactly what they want, a new logo, a full identity system, a set of guidelines, and we get on and build it to a standard that holds up in print and on screen.

Others are not sure the brand is the problem at all. Tell us what has changed about the business and what is not working, and we will tell you which of the two you are looking at. If your brand is fine and the problem is somewhere else, we will tell you that too.

Website rebranding without losing your search visibility

A rebrand usually reaches the website last, and that is where the damage happens. Change your domain, your page URLs or your page titles and you are changing the exact signals search engines use to work out who you are and what you rank for.

We do web design and SEO alongside brand work, so the identity and the site that carries it get planned in the same conversation rather than one being cleaned up after the other.

Plan the Rebrand Properly

Thinking about a rebrand?

Tell us what the business does and where it is heading. If a full rebrand is not what you need, we will tell you that too.

Get In Touch

What files do I actually get?

It depends on the option you choose. A logo for digital use comes as PNG and SVG files. Logos designed for print as well come with print-ready PDF files too. If your printer or developer needs a specific format, just let us know during the project and we'll make sure it's in the final folder.

Can you just "freshen up" my old logo?

Yes. We can modernise what you have without losing the elements your customers already recognise.

How long does this usually take?

A simple logo can be done in about a week. A starter identity usually takes two to three weeks, and a full brand system four to six. A bigger brief, extra concepts or more rounds of revisions can add time. Timings also depend on your side of the project: we need your brief and any existing logos or brand files at the start, and your feedback after each round. The quicker those come back, the sooner your finished files land.

Do you handle the printing too?

We handle the design side and provide fully print-ready files in all the formats your printer will need. We can also point you toward trusted print suppliers if you need recommendations.

Do you work with businesses outside Warrington?

Yes. Brand and logo design travels well. Discovery calls, concept reviews and file delivery all work remotely, so while plenty of our focus is on Warrington and the North West, we design for businesses anywhere in the UK.

Do you do logo design in Warrington without a full rebrand?

Yes. A logo on its own is a normal job, not a lesser one. You can have a logo for digital use, or one designed for print and screen with the print-ready files to match, without being sold an identity system you did not ask for. Brand guidelines come with our identity packages rather than a logo on its own. If the logo turns out to be the smaller part of the problem, we will say so before any design starts.

Can you build a brand identity for a Cheshire business that sells nationally?

Yes, and that is the usual shape of it. Being based in Warrington means meetings and print checks are easy for Cheshire and North West businesses, but the identity itself is built to work anywhere: the same colours, type and rules hold whether the customer is in Chester or Canterbury.

What is the difference between a rebrand and a new logo?

A new logo changes the mark. A rebrand changes how the whole business comes across: the logo, colours, typefaces and how they are used on your website, signage, vans and paperwork. If customers are confused about what you do, or the business has outgrown how it looks, that is a rebrand. If the name and message are right and only the logo feels dated, a logo refresh is usually enough, and we will tell you which one you need before any design starts.

Do you create brand guidelines?

Yes. Brand guidelines come with both of our identity packages. The starter identity includes a short guide covering logo use, clear space, colours and fonts. The full brand system includes a 20 to 30 page guide, alongside a full colour system, a typography hierarchy and imagery direction. Either way, your designer, printer or web developer can apply the brand the same way every time.
