Where is your office?

We are based in Warrington, Cheshire. MJS Media operates as a lean, remote-first agency, which means lower overheads and more focus on your project. We are happy to meet in person or via video call.

Does "Remote" mean I can't meet you?

Not at all. We are always happy to meet in person or jump on a video call. We believe the best working relationships are built on real conversations, not just email threads.

Which areas do you cover?

We are based in Warrington and work across Cheshire and the North West, including Runcorn, Widnes, St Helens, Chester, Liverpool and the Wirral. If you are further afield, that is not a problem. Most of the work happens online, so we take on projects across the UK.

What happens after I send an enquiry?

You get a reply within one working day. From there it is usually a short call to understand what you are trying to achieve and what you already have in place. You then get a written scope and a price before any work starts, so nothing is a surprise.

Do you take on one-off projects, or is it all ongoing?

Both. Some work is a fixed project with a clear end, like a new website or a brand identity. Some is monthly, like SEO, ads management, or hosting and maintenance. Whichever genuinely suits the job is what gets recommended.

Can you work with my existing website, or does it need rebuilding?

In many cases the site is sound and the problem is technical, content or speed, all of which can be fixed without starting again. A rebuild only gets recommended when the site itself is what is holding you back, and you will be told which of the two it is before you spend anything.
