Terms of Service

Performance

We utilise industry-leading, high-performance infrastructure. While we target 99.9% service availability, we cannot guarantee 100% uninterrupted access due to the nature of global network operations.

Data Integrity

We maintain server-level backups for disaster recovery; however, the primary responsibility for maintaining independent copies of site data rests with the Client.

Cancelling Recurring Services

Recurring services can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice before the next billing date, including a cancellation request made through your client portal. Some services carry a minimum term, which is shown in your proposal or order. If you cancel during a minimum term, the fees for the rest of that term remain payable and will be invoiced when you cancel. Services paid annually in advance run to the end of the paid year and unused months are not refunded. To stop an annual service renewing, give 30 days' written notice before the renewal date. Where your signed agreement sets different terms, your agreement applies.

Third-Party Dependencies

We shall not be liable for any service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure providers (including but not limited to cloud hosting, DNS, and CDN services) or global network failures beyond our reasonable control.

Either party may terminate a project engagement by providing 30 days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Client shall pay for all work completed up to the date of termination. Any deposit paid is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Recurring services may be cancelled in accordance with Section 5.

{{BRAND_NAME}} reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately in the event of non-payment, material breach of these Terms, or conduct that we reasonably consider harmful to our business or reputation.
